Done a great installation

Everyday is a learning Smile Those who search for good things and they want to come up in life.

This is the quote I remember in my life.

I am doing my best to learn, I know that what I learnt is a drop and there is ocean is there left to learn.

I am just trying myself best in my software testing by installing the OS in my Samsung galaxy s2.

I have installed cynagenmod and then now I moved back to Android version.

Thanks GuruDheva giving me the courage and blessing from you, So I am doing my best part to learn more in different ways.

Since I’m doing installation and removing, I am learning more on software testing and the new ways of testing.

Life is right.

Hi
Today I was traveling from Tambaram to my office.
I was thinking how much I gained and lost things in my life.
I was a great sinner.I lost so many opportunities in my Life just by my anger and selfishness.
after getting blow from my past life, it taught me still many things but I didn't lose my temper and confidence.
I meant how to be calm, peace, keeping the patience and final one, don't ever lose your confidence.
But I'm sure I will gain the money which I lost.
I got the feeling that everything what came and lost is good for life.
Thanks GuruDheva
We have to pay and earn what we sow in our life.
1.don't ever lose your confidence
2.all is well
3. Trust God but lock your car.

Blogging from Cyanogenmod applied OS

Hi
I tried installing the cyanogenmod in my Samsung galaxy S2.
I searched lot of sites and found some useful sites.
Xda-developer site provides more :)
You can try wiki of cyanogenmod,  if you wish to install from Linux. Generally installation is easy from Windows :(
First installation camera was not working then system crashed :(
I thought of quitting the cyanogenmod and going back to Android OS again.
I tried once again :) by wiping all the data and updated the Kernel :)
Then I installed the latest Nightly build. :)
It solved most problems and OS is working fine :)
Thanks GuruDheva :) for giving me the confidence and showed the path to do this.
Camera picture attached for reference :)

Talking old stories

Talking old stories is really bad. We talk our missed opportunity and feeling bad.
Thinking of past and we should not waste our future.
We are not putting perfect basement for our future.
I was thinking why i did ruined my past .
Then I found the solution by thinking.
So first i created a plan about the my future and I am creating how about the financial planning.
I know that I lost 10 years of financial growth :-(
Yet I didn't lose my heart :-)
I know and I.am having faith that I will make everything that will comes in line.
First think you should learn that you should keep your mind calm and then think.
So I kept my faith in GuruDheva and I am moving forward.
Without risk nothing can be done successfully. So I have planned how much risk i have to take and keep moving .
I am ready to die rather than to leave my faith and confidence.
I will and I can.
I will keep everything as secret and I will show who I am to this world.
I got angry against me but now I left angry on me and took peace to think.
Thanks GuruDheva for keeping me like this.

10 Tips For Dealing With A Lazy Co-Worker

I got this from my friend and posting as it is.

10 Tips For Dealing With A Lazy Co-Worker

Don't let them distract you.

Don't spend your day focusing on the fact that your lazy co-worker is constantly checking Facebook, texting or snoring at the desk next to yours. Try to tune them out and focus on your work. "Human beings are funny that way," says Robbins. "We will spend more time focusing the fact that our colleague isn't doing their work, than it would take to just do it ourselves."

Don't let it impact your attitude.

If you waste your time and energy on being angry or annoyed about your lazy colleague, your work performance might start slipping and you may be less pleasant to be around. A hostile colleague is just as bad as a lazy one.

Don't get caught up in the issue of fairness.

Life isn't fair. "People often say 'it's unfair that he gets away with doing nothing,' but at the end of the day, it really doesn't change anything," says Robbins. "By pointing out that it's not fair, we just make ourselves feel bad and the situation doesn't change." Instead, focus on being the best that you can be.

Don't let their ways rub off on you.

Don't get sucked into their routine of two-hour lunch breaks and dozens of trips to the restroom or water cooler. If they start chatting with you, let them know you're busy. "It's tempting to follow their lead if they are getting away with it, but don't fall into that trap," says Robbins.

Don't let their work become your responsibility.

If you're on the same team or share the same responsibilities, don't pick up the work they aren't doing. Remind them of tasks and deadlines, but don't let babysitting your lazy colleague consume too much of your valuable time.

Don't gossip or complain to other colleagues.

It's unprofessional. "You could cause misunderstandings and hurt feelings," Robbins says.

Don't tattle.

This might make you look like a brownnoser, so don't do it. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't speak up. "This one is tricky," says Robbins. "It depends on the situation and the boss. Some bosses might say, 'thanks for letting me know. I'll investigate;' while others may tell you 'it's not your job to worry about your co-workers' performance.' It could make you look bad. But if you go to your boss and say, 'I'm at a point where I can't go any further with this project because I'm waiting for Bill to finish his part. What can we do about this?' it gets the point across without seeming like a tattler." If they explicitly ask you to review your co-workers performance, you should be honest, Robbins suggests.

Don't let them impact your success.

A lazy colleague can hinder your progress. If your boss notices work isn't getting done, don't let the blame fall on you. This is your opportunity to speak up, if you haven't done so already.

Use the opportunity to become a leader.

This may be your chance to really step up and prove you can deal with difficult situations. "When you go to your boss, tell him or her that you've noticed your colleague isn't getting their work done, so you would like the opportunity to be a leader. Then, approach your colleague and say you want to help him meet goals and deadlines. This frames you as a leader."

Communicate with your co-worker.

He or she might not be lazy. Instead, they might be unclear of their tasks and deadlines. "Be clear about goals, deadlines and commitments," says Robbins. "Sometimes it's not that they're lazy, it's that they don't have a good way of organizing their work or managing their time." There's always a chance that they're preoccupied with a personal matter, too. "We need to remember that life happens," says Robbins. They could be distracted by a health issue or family problem.
