1. clear about what is the job position you are going to attend.
2. if you through with your interview just clear what job designation they have offered you.
clear about this very much since some companies will follow their own standards at last minute they may give you the grade what you hold now.
3. be clear about the salary hike. Bit for atlest 30- 40 % hike. They will give sure for that one.
otherwise you will end up in frustration of the company and the job and you cant work.
